The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf brand is widely credited for driving innovation to the coffee and tea industry with the invention of the iconic The Original Ice Blended drink. They are also the first global coffee and tea retailer to offer cold brew tea. From its hero brewed coffee to its lattes and Ice Blended drinks, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf brand offers a variety of craveable light and sweet beverages.
“We are excited to bring The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to Bakersfield! When searching for an ideal location, we were introduced to Bolthouse Properties and The Shoppes at Seven Oaks Business Park by mutual business acquaintances. After researching more about the development and the future plans for the area, we knew this was where we wanted to be,” says owner Nirmal Gill.
The Seven Oaks Business Park is currently experiencing new growth with several new projects already under construction – Centric Health & 11901 Bolthouse Drive.

“While researching for the ideal site to relocate our business to, we kept coming back to Southwest Bakersfield. Then after learning about the Seven Oaks Master Plan and how it already integrated with our everyday lives, we knew this was the place we wanted to be!” says Katrinna, CEO, administrator of Purpose Drive Home Health.
Also, within Phase A will be opportunities for Model Suite, For Lease, or Build-to-Suit options ranging from 1,500 square feet to 9,611 square feet. In Phase B there will be For Lease and Build-to-Suit opportunities ranging from 1,500 square feet to 9,611 square feet.
