A Great Year for Seven Oaks… Despite 2020
Despite the many challenges and unexpected situations our community has faced in 2020, Seven Oaks has continued to thrive and grow in various facets.
Residential sales have been strong in each of the newest neighborhoods – Belcourt Seven Oaks and Highgate Seven Oaks. As we move toward the end of the year, we find builders are enthusiastically continuing forward with plans that will provide for sustained growth.
Additionally, construction for the new neighborhood elementary school is right on track. Next fall, the new state-of-the-art facilities of Highgate Elementary will begin serving some of our tiniest Seven Oaks neighbors.
To further support Seven Oaks, we saw an expansion of services at Wiki’s Wine Dive & Grill at Grand Island Village that included the addition of 1,400 square feet to their space. We continued to find businesses reinvent themselves and support one another as each adapted to the changing climate.
Additionally, further down the road at The Shoppes at Seven Oaks Business Park, Dr. Kaur opened her dental practice, Superior Smiles, to support the growing services offered in Seven Oaks.
At the Seven Oaks Business Park, construction commenced for Valley Montessori Academy following a groundbreaking ceremony in early March. Furthermore,
Seven Oaks Business Park celebrated two land sales and is looking forward to their development over the coming year. As growth continues, so do the road and infrastructure improvements, laying the groundwork for additional development opportunities.
Throughout the year, patrons within the community supported one another along with the neighborhood businesses. We found businesses raising awareness and serving the community well beyond their scope of service! The profound grace we showed each other embodies the building of a better community, which Bolthouse Properties envisions for Seven Oaks.
As we close out the year, Bolthouse Properties looks forward to all that is to come in 2021.
