Dewar’s Candy Shop Expands to The Ranch at Stockdale River Ranch, Marking the Opening of their Fourth Location
Bolthouse Properties and Dewar’s Candy Shop proudly announce the opening of the fourth location of Dewar’s Candy Shop, a beloved and renowned confectionery institution, at The Ranch at Stockdale River Ranch (Heath Road and Stockdale Highway). This expansion represents a significant milestone for the family-owned business, as it continues its legacy of bringing joy and sweetness to the Bakersfield community and beyond.
The new location at The Ranch is the second Dewar’s Express, which offers both dine-in and drive-thru options. It brings the same experience that has made Dewar’s Candy Shop a cherished destination for locals and visitors alike. Patrons can now indulge in an array of handcrafted taffies and sumptuous ice cream creations that reflect the brand’s dedication to time-honored craftsmanship.

Dewar’s Candy Shop will host a soft opening from 4pm to 8pm on November 16th during which guests can enjoy $1.00 ice cream scoops. On November 17th from 11am to 11pm Dewar’s Candy Shop will host their Grand Opening and extend to guests their Family Discount of 25% off all fountain items.
